Health Minister Dr. Fahrettin Koca visited Kırşehir.
Minister Koca, who made a statement to the journalists after his visit to the Governorship of Kırşehir, said, "We have achieved an accessible and strong health system that produces effective and qualified health services with our health investments, human resource planning, and bold policies that expand the scope of social security."
Emphasizing that the health system has been tested by two major disasters in the last 4 years, Koca said, "The epidemic that caused global destruction and the disaster of the century, Kahramanmaraş earthquakes. Thankfully, we have overcome these great disasters with the investments we have made in health for 22 years without interruption under the leadership of our President."
Expressing that they made an evaluation of healthcare services and investments in Kırşehir, Koca said, "We have completed 24 investments regarding healthcare facilities in Kırşehir since 2002, including 6 hospitals, an oral and dental health center and 17 primary healthcare facilities."
Noting that they will open the 400-bed Kırşehir State Hospital as soon as possible, which will meet the city's health demand at a significant level, Koca said, "We have 10 projected investments in our districts in the upcoming period, including integrated hospitals, emergency stations and family health centers. We will further strengthen the quality of the healthcare services we provide to the citizens in Kırşehir with the hospital, which we will put into service as soon as possible, and our new projects in our districts."
After his visit to the Governor's Office, Minister Koca visited the patients at Kırşehir Ahi Evran Training and Research Hospital. Afterwards, he met with the healthcare professionals at the hospital.
Health Minister Koca spoke at the "Youth Meeting" in Kırşehir:
Koca said that he was very happy to meet with young people on the occasion of provincial programs at the "Youth Meeting" held at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Congress and Culture Center.
Minister Koca stated; “Our choices seem to be the product of our own preferences. In reality, how people live and what they consume are decided by using technology and information power. We are talking about a hegemonic cultural imperialism that has never been experienced in any period of history.
For this reason, Koca emphasized; “Although there are problems called generational conflict in practice, the youth-experience relationship, in other words, the tradition-future relationship should continue by further strengthening its historical chain.”
"The Century of Türkiye will progress under your responsibility"
Health Minister Koca stated; "In the Century of Türkiye, of which you are the first generation, this country is no longer a country doomed to daily goals. The Century of Türkiye is the name of the era in which other countries will seek their interests in cooperation with Türkiye, and in which we will transform into an indispensable partner from the field of energy to health. The Century of Türkiye is the name of a new civilization journey that will progress under your responsibility and which is a source of pride for us."
Koca answered the questions from the students after the speech.
After the program, Minister Koca visited the tradesmen on Terme Street and chatted with the citizens.
