In the letter sent by Health Minister Fahrettin Koca to healthcare professionals, it was reported that the second "White Reform" period has begun to further improve working conditions. Expressing that they were trying to activate all available opportunities and create new opportunities in a planned and productive way in the White Reform process for this purpose, Dr. Koca stated that they all experienced the example of being a partner in the solution and getting results within common sense, and that it was the right attitude. Mentioning many reform examples from financial improvements in salaries to "malpractice law", Dr. Koca explained that they were carrying out "White Reform" activities with radical solutions and radical changes produced by the state. He added: “Now in the second period of the White Reform, we are working on such issues as fighting violence in health more effectively in particular, increasing on-call pays and protecting rights against inflation.” Dr. Koca, who stated that they would put the "Action Plan Against Violence in Health" into practice soon, continued as follows: “There are two important news that I would like to share on this occasion: We are about to complete the software, which will be a sub-stage of the White Code system, ready to step in against a possible risk by working in contact with the police station. On the other hand, the number of police and security guards will be increased soon. Our determination must be combined with your support in order to be successful against all the problems." Minister Koca underlined that the demands expressed in a wrong way and the attitudes that disrupt the service for the patients would damage the reputation of the healthcare professionals. "The gains we achieved in the first period of the White Reform are obvious, for the benefit of the patients as well as the healthcare professionals. We must continue with this principle of 'benefit'. The issue that we need to focus on now is the second period of the White Reform. Feeling the excitement of new steps to be taken for our health system and our healthcare professionals, I wish you all success and days filled with happiness knowing your importance in human life.”
