We are very pleased for celebrating another Eid al-Adha. Bairams are exceptional days providing unique opportunities for strengthening our unity and solidarity. I wish that this Bairam will also contribute to letting down those who make efforts to disturb unity of this beloved nation - inside and outside the country -, take captive of this nation who has never been captured or bring us on our knees.
Our health circle has always carried out its obligations with its extensive experience in the times of such extraordinary conditions as embargos, economic crisis and natural disasters. We are members of a team who suffers most in the society and performs its duties in by far the most vulnerable situations.
Sustainability of this self-sacrificing duty depends on provision of services, without any concern of future, by all healthcare professionals from the physicians to the nurses.
We have to create a working environment where both patients and healthcare professionals feel safe and mutual trust is built on the highest level.
I especially ask our citizens who will drive to travel on the occasion of Eid al-Adha to be more careful about the traffic rules and observe the speed limits in order not to cause mournful accidents on these pleasing days.
On this occasion I would like to celebrate Eid al-Adha of all healthcare professionals and wish more power for our personnel who will work day and night throughout the Eid al-Adha.
