Deputy Minister of Health Halil Eldemir attended the opening of Yenişehir and Kestel State Hospitals.
Delivering a speech in the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister made the following statements.
“During the last 17 years, we made health investments worthy of TRY 1.4 billion in Bursa. Besides completion of all hospital constructions in any district of Bursa, we will open the 355-bed Bursa City Hospital by the mid-year to serve to the residents of Bursa. This hospital will also provide healthcare services for the patients from Europe, USA and Middle East who seek treatment and wish to purchase health services.
Following the opening remarks, Deputy Minister of Health made a brief tour in the hospital, and visited the patients.
Completed within 2 years and established on the closed area of 6 thousand square meters, the 110-bed Yenişehir State Hospital costed TRY 40 million.
Deputy Minister also visited the Yenişehir Municipality and attended opening ceremony of Kestel State Hospital.
