Minister of Health Dr. Fahrettin Koca met with healthcare professionals and 2 victims rescued from the rubble in the 261st hour of the February 6 earthquakes. Minister Koca visited healthcare professionals at Hatay Training and Research Hospital, which was opened by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on February 3, and listened to their experiences of the disaster. Koca met with Mustafa Avcı and Mehmet Ali Şakiroğulları and their families, who were rescued from the rubbles of a private hospital in Antakya in the 261st hour. In commemoration of the earthquake victims, Koca stated, “We have lost tens of thousands of lives. Today, we came together to mourn those we lost just a year ago. May Allah protect our nation and humanity from such disasters.”
