Two planes carrying some patients with cancer and their companions from Gaza arrived in Türkiye. The planes departed from Al Arish Airport in Egypt and landed at Esenboğa Airport in Ankara. Today Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca returned to Ankara from Egypt with some patients, following the busy schedule comprised of meetings he held in Egypt for healthcare aids to Gaza and the transfer of patients and wounded people to Türkiye. The patients, who were removed from Gaza under Israeli attack, brought to Al Arish Airport by ambulances and transferred with planes belonging to the Presidency and the Ministry of National Defense, were welcomed by the medical teams at Esenboğa Airport. It was learned that the treatment of patients transferred from planes to ambulances will be carried out at Bilkent City Hospital. The health status of the patients was monitored by 9 healthcare professionals brought from Türkiye throughout the journey.
