Minister Koca visited Al Arish Hospital, where the wounded from Gaza are being treated, together with his Egyptian counterpart Abdulghaffar. Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca met with the children who were removed from Gaza and treated in Al Arish Hospital in Egypt, most of whom had burns or fractures caused by phosphorus bombs. Minister Koca visited Al Arish Hospital where the wounded taken from Gaza were treated, together with Halid Abdulgaffar, Minister of Health of Egypt, in Al Arish. Koca took a close interest in the wounded people from Gaza, most of whom were children and women, and received information about their treatment processes, and asked the children if they had any requests. During the visit, which included emotional moments, the doctors at the hospital explained that most of the Gazan children under treatment had serious burns and fractures due to the use of phosphorus bombs. 4-year-old Merve from Gaza tries to erase the traces of the phosphorus bomb According to the information provided by the doctors, 4-year-old Merve from Gaza, one of the patients visited by Minister Koca, is among the patients who suffered serious burns on her body due to the phosphorus bomb used by Israel. Koca took a close interest in Merve, who lost her twin in the bombardment they were exposed to in Gaza and could not speak due to the severe trauma she experienced, and her father, asked about their needs, and shared the following information about the little girl's condition: "The doctors working here informed us that this little child had deep burns on her leg due to the phosphorus bomb. Unfortunately, Merve lost her twin sibling. Her treatment was completed and her general condition was stated to be good." Minister Koca asked: "Has there been any other patient brought in who was affected by the phosphorus bomb?" In response to the question, doctors said, "Unfortunately, there are many wounded people brought here affected by phosphorus. All patients have not only fractures but also burns. There are burns and fractures on their legs, hands and arms." During the visit, İkram Jamil Hassan, who lost her unborn baby during the bombardment in Gaza and was treated in the hospital, told Minister Koca in tears about the difficult process she went through.
