Minister Koca stated on his social media account that 20 medical teams who went to Gaza yesterday for assistance were welcomed by Ghaffar, Egyptian Minister of Health.
Stating that a meeting was held for cooperation for Gaza, Koca noted that Türkiye's sensitivity, especially regarding children, was explained and that consultations on this issue continued intensively.
Koca said:
"Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, the Minister of Health of Egypt states that they have decided to work with us as a result of the persistent follow-up we continue on behalf of our country. I welcomed the news that they would officially invite us to Egypt as soon as possible with great pleasure. We have a lot to do for Gaza and for our countries."
