Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca said, "Those who claim that every doctor who receives a good conduct certificate goes abroad are particularly misleading the people. Last year, not all of those who received a good conduct certificate, but one third of them went abroad." Koca shared on his social media about the allegations regarding the doctors going abroad. Minister Koca noted the following: "Doctors are returning from private to public, from abroad to Türkiye. In 2022, 450 physicians went abroad, 55 of them returned. As of December 16, the number of physicians who went abroad in 2023 is 395. Both the number of those who go abroad decreased and 28 physicians returned. White Reform yields results.
