Call Center of the Ministry of Health of Turkey (SABIM) ranked first in the Best Public Services Category in the Global Finals of the Contact Center World Awards. SABIM has once again successfully represented Turkey on an international platform.
In October 2020, SABIM qualified for the world finals by winning the gold medal in the Best Public Services category at the Contact Center World Awards 2020 EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Finals, where more than two thousand call centers from more than 70 countries participated. According to the results of the Contact Center World World Finals announced in February 2021, SABIM won the gold medal in the Best Public Service category.
The voting within the scope of the Contact Center World Awards 2020 EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Finals and Contact Center World Finals is carefully examined by a jury consisting of professionals from the industry from all over the world. In order to remain objective, all participating countries are evaluated by jurors who are not from their own countries.
